How does it work?
This versatile device can operate in one of nine modes of operation from low or high configurable cutoff thermostat, timer or combinations where both conditions have to be met in addition to ambient light sensing. Made from high quality parts, these are designed to operate in extreme temperatures with an always on fail-safe and manual override. Set and forget parameters from an app available for iOS/Android based mobile devices featuring a virtual mechanical timer dial, peak hours/load cycling management, real-time load current sensing with status LED and 24 hour remotely monitorable history graph. SPE-1000 inspected for electrical safety and approved for use in Canada.
What data is captured?
Telemetry includes temperature, load current and ambient lighting.
Why is this useful?
Application examples include block heaters, propane tank blankets, lighting automation and greenhouse climate control. Combined mode parameters and peak hours/load cycling can reduce power consumption by up to 50% or more.
